whaaaat~! I would have bought it! I’ve been looking for a place that will rent them to see if I like it but everywhere here is only selling.

I got mine sort of before I knew what I was doing. It was a little cheaper to get one without all the left hand buttons (mine has bass, thirds, major and minor chords; but not diminished or dominant 7ths) but then I reached a point where I really couldn’t progress. [Get one with all possible buttons!] I haven’t played it in at least three years, and if I ever decide to come back to accordion later I’ll buy one then.

I always get to a point after five minutes where I just want to bring my laptop, a pair of Chuck Taylors and my toothbrush, and then buy everything else when I get there.

Yes. Good thing one pair of jeans and a few sweaters can get me through 5 days. I also wish I didn’t need to bring as much schoolwork…but it’s thesis time.

Sometimes, grad school makes me feel like I’m still a freshman. But, the VSI books are V good.
